What's the difference between Sharekitt Basic and Sharekitt Plus?
Price and features. Sharekitt basic is free, and is limited to one campaign with three posts. Sharekitt Plus costs $19 per month, and allows you to create nine campaigns with nine posts each! Learn more about the differences here.
When creating a new post within a campaign, what's the difference between a "content post" and a "link post?"
It all comes down to your objective, and the functionality that you're looking for.
Content post: those viewing you campaign can easily copy and paste messaging, and download image assets.
Link post: you want to direct those viewing your campaign to an external link, for visibility or to engage with it. For example, you can add a company LinkedIn post, and instruct employees to comment on it, or the link to download a large video file so they can share the video.
What are the file size limits and file types that I can upload to each post?
4 MB per media upload. Supported file types are .jpeg, .png, .gif.
What do the analytics mean?
Impressions: The number of times your campaign is loaded in a browser. If the same person reloads the campaign in different browsers or on different devices, each will count as an impression.
Engagements: Each time a button is tapped or clicked. For example, if someone downloads your image and taps to copy a message, that would count as two engagements.
Engagement rate: The number of engagements divided by the number of impressions.
Click-throughs: The number of times someone clicks through your campaign short link (the link beginning with shrkt.co/)

What does "Draft" and "Live" mean?
These statuses are available on both the campaign and each individual post level. While in "Draft," the campaign or post are not viewable by anyone other than the owner of the campaign. Changing the status to "Live" makes the corresponding campaign and posts viewable to everyone with access to the campaign short link.
Note: The campaign status overrides the post status. In other words, all the posts inside of a campaign can be "Live," but if the campaign is "Draft" then those posts will not be viewable.
